Free Class Friday! If you have ever wanted to come give CrossFit NorthWest Tucson a try, Friday's are the day! Check out our schedule and email jennifer@crossfitnwt.com for more information! You can just show up as well!  Pick a class you want to attend, arrive 15 min early to fill out a waiver, meet the coach, and check out the gym before class starts!

20 Overhead walking lunges 45/35

40 Double-Unders

20 Sit-ups

 

S1= 20 singles AND 20 tuck jumps

RX+=  GHD sit-ups

FREE-FRIDAY Scale = ½
