2 rounds for time

Run 800m

“Rest” 2 min, and complete 20 bodyweight back squats

Run 400m

In 1 min complete 10 bodyweight back squats

Run 200m

In 30 seconds complete 5 bodyweight back squats


*Individuals keep track of your rest/squat time

*Can not start run before the mandated rest times

*no racks

*Score is time at completion of final squat
