*  Note:  If you have been a Member of a CrossFit affiliate or have CrossFitted for at least 3 months, please contact us and we can get you directly into a membership and bypass the Intro and Elements Class Series. 


Anyone can do CrossFit.  If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try.  All of our workouts can be scaled.  What does it mean to scale?  The weight, rounds, reps, and even the movement can be modified to meet your individual ability level.  You will never really know unless you give us a try.  Experience CrossFit and see what it can do for you. 


STEP 1:  Intro Session

Once you have decided to see what CrossFit is all about, call or email us if you have any questions regarding our program.

STEP 2:  The Core

Core /kôr/ noun

  1. The central or most important part of something.

  2. CrossFit NorthWest Tucson’s protocol to provide members with the

    knowledge of, and the confidence in, CrossFit’s basic movements and methodologies.


Comprises your first month with CrossFit NorthWest Tucson.


The goal of The Core is familiarity and competency in:


Six, one-hour classes led by an experienced coach.

• Squatting movements, including all five basic forms of the squat.


Limited class size: one to four people.


• Pressing movements, such as the three overhead bar presses.

The Core can be completed in as little as two weeks, or less.


• Pulling movements, including pull- ups and the Concept 2 rower.


Transition into classes immediately after The Core is completed.

• Hip-hinge centered movements, such as the deadlift and kettlebell swing.

Membership begins after the approval of The Core coach.

• Core-related movements like the handstand and knees-to-elbow.

Complete cost for one month and six, one-hour classes: $250.


• CrossFit movements, such as the thruster, wall ball, and sumo- deadlift high-pull.



STEP 3:  Group Classes

Memberships vary by the number of classes you want to attend per week and length of the contract.  We have memberships for 2x, 3x, & unlimited times per week.  Our membership lengths are month-to-month, 3 month, and 6 month in duration.   We also offer a punch card for 12 classes.

  • Corporate Discount:  for Groups of Professionals


Once you are a member of CrossFit NorthWest Tucson, you will have access to all of the group classes on our schedule.  We understand that life requires flexibility and it matters more to us is that you get your workouts in 4-6 times per week, and less about what time that happens.  We offer classes 7 days a week.  You do not need to reserve your spot in a class in advance.  We only require you to sign in to each class either on your mobile device or at our front desk kiosk when you come in.

  • Access to our class schedule.  We are open 7 days a week.
  • Weightlifting/Power Lifting Class (Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30pm; Saturday @ 9:00am)
  • Open Gym (See Schedule)


Specialty Programs that you have access to for an additional fee:

  • Competitor Training
  • Nutrition Program
  • Private/Personal Training


If you need to cancel your membership after you have fulfilled your obligation, please give us a 30 day written notice, email works, and we will stop your membership.
