At CrossFit NorthWest Tucson, we embrace the community aspect of working out in our Group Classes. We understand that sometimes a more personal approach with one-on-one training would better suit your needs. Personal Training is an option for people who want to achieve individual fitness goals and gain mastery of CrossFit’s fundamental movements. One on one coaching will ensure you progress at your individual pace. You will practice the skill of the movement before increasing intensity and load. Your program will be tailored to meet your individual fitness goals.
Personal training is recommended if you have been sedentary for an extended period of time, if you are training for a specific sport or event, if you wish to specialize in a specific area of fitness, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
Rates for Personal Training:
- 30 minutes: $30.00
- 60 minutes: $60.00
