My name is Ryan Clairmont. I am 39 years old and have been a Crossfit Northwest Tucson member for a little over 3 years. I am a husband, a father, and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. I also help operate a business with my brother called Train to Hunt, an online fitness program for hunters and outdoor enthusiast, which we have recently expanded into the premier archery and fitness competition for bowhunting and archery enthusiast across the country.
Since the day I walked in the door at CFNWT I felt like part of a family. The owners, the coaches, and all the members I’ve had the pleasure of meeting are always there to not only improve themselves but to make sure you are reaching your goals. Safety is a key component at CFNWT and what sets it apart from other gyms I have attended. Every movement, no matter how small, is taught at the smallest detail ensuring everyone is safe and performing the movement correctly.
Throughout my 3 years as a member at CFNWT I have achieved and exceeded many of my personal fitness goals but what keeps me coming back is the atmosphere, the friendships, and the camaraderie I have found here.
