I have been in the fitness industry since 2003. But it wasn’t until July of 2008 that I found my passion for CrossFit. CrossFit NorthWest Tucson is one of the original CrossFit gyms in the Tucson area.
I have witnessed the most remarkable changes in people who commit to CrossFit. What I mean by fully commit, is following CrossFit consistently, 4-6 times per week, eat following a Zone or Paleo /Zone diet, and develop an understanding and practice of the skills and intensity required to impact change in the body. I’ve seen drastic change occur in a very short time in people I have been training for years. These changes are physical, mental, and emotional, in other words, a lifestyle change.
