We love visiting CrossFitters. If you are a member of another CrossFit affiliate or have been consistently doing CrossFit for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop into one of our Main Classes on our schedule.

We don’t require you to sign up for a class in advance. Just send us an email or give us a call to let us know you will be dropping in. Please show up to class 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver, pay your fee, meet the coach and get familiar with the gym.

Our drop in rate is $20.00. If you are going to be here for multiple days/weeks, be sure to let us know and we can set you up with a Visitor’s Pass.

Our location is convenient to I-10 and can only be accessed from Ina Road. We are one street West of Old Father off Camino Martin. Our building is at the very end of Camino Martin so keep on heading down the road until you find us. Just keep following the road as it curves around, to the left, in front of the railroad tracks and you will find us. We look forward to having you WOD with us!

We offer Open Gym hours 2 times per day, Monday – Friday (10:30-12:30 & 1:30-3:00) and Sunday mornings (9:00-10:00am).
We are located in NorthWest Tucson, technically in Marana. We conveniently serve Marana, Tucson, Oro Valley, Casas Adobes, Avra Valley.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that by nature will get you in shape. No matter what shape you are starting at, the CFNWT coaches will be sure to provide the technique coaching and adaptations to create a workout stimulus for your ability level. You will be encouraged to scale according to your ability level. We want you to be the best you and be a part of your incredible fitness journey in CrossFit!
Of course you can! If you want to do CrossFit, we will teach you! CrossFit can be done by people in their 90’s if scaled properly. If you’ve never worked out or it’s been a while, we are happy to help you get started. Come try us out so we can show you how we would modify workouts to fit your ability level!
In every class, we go over technique and cover how to do the movements in the daily workout. One thing to keep in mind is that we are a CrossFit program. Therefore, we follow the CrossFit standards of movements which may be different than what you have learned in other programs. It doesn’t mean you are wrong or we are wrong, we just do things following the CrossFit standards.
Our classes are 60 minutes in length. All classes start with a warm up written for the movements in workout, followed by a coach led technique session covering the movements that will be in that day’s workout, followed by set up time, and then 3-2-1 Go. Everyone starts the workouts together. We may not end the workout together, but we encourage our members to show support of everyone. One day you may finish first, and the next day you may finish last. One of the foundations of CrossFit is that everything we do is measurable so we write everyone’s names and scores on the board. We encourage you to strive to be the best you. Strive to push yourself as best as you can on that day.
Our coaches work with our members if they have injuries, surgeries, limitations and/or doctor’s orders to modify movements. We’ve had members who modify workouts after knee, shoulder, and other surgeries following doctors orders. As soon as you get the green light from your doctor, come on in and let’s get you moving.
We have trained dozens of pregnant woman. We are experienced in making modifications to the mommy to be and strongly encourage the women to listen to their bodies but with their doctor’s approval, to continue being active throughout their pregnancy. We also remind the women to not compare themselves to other pregnant woman, or their own previous pregnancies. We support a healthy CrossFit mom staying in shape during her 40 weeks. We also are experienced in post-partum recovery for moms who come back to CrossFit after they have been cleared to exercise from their doctors.
We have 3 dressing rooms. We also have 2 bathrooms you can change in.
We have 1 shower. Our members supply their own towels and toiletries.
We have an unsupervised kids room that has whiteboards for drawing on the walls and a television with a DVD player. There is also a desk for kids to work on homework.
CrossFit NorthWest Tucson’s oldest member is in their late 60’s. We have watched videos of people in their 90’s doing scaled and modified CrossFit workouts. We love to train our seniors.
We have a growing group of teenagers at CFNWT. We allow teenagers to come to Main classes at the age of 13. Maturity and attention is a factor as the teen will be in a group setting.
We would work with you on offering a further discount if you pay 6 -12 months in advance.
We offer family discounts when three people from a family sign up for our memberships.
