NICE TO MEET YOU

Come try a class for Free! Any classes on Friday are free for the rest of 2017!

Come get a taste of our facility, our classes, our coaching style, our community during any class on Friday. You can call or email ahead to let us know you are coming or just show up! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to classes so we can have you fill out a waiver and we can give you a quick tour of our facility.

REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Commit to 1 class time slot for 1 month as your home class!

We believe committing to a home class for a month will help us get to know your movement patterns and help guide you in your fitness journey. After that month, you can attend any class time slot on our schedule.

MONTH OF MENTORING

During your first month at CFNWT, we will contact you everyday via phone, email, or text to chat about your CrossFit experience so far and to help prep you for the next day’s workout.
